The hotel has a fine design and fantastic breakfast that sets a positive tone for the day. The staff are genuinely friendly, especially the manager who goes above and beyond. Just a heads up, avoid the first floor to steer clear of late-night noise! A great experience.

Although the breakfast was a bit pricey and the valet service needed improvement, the overall experience was great. I'd recommend this hotel.

The hotel is super modern and boasts very good amenities that made my stay super comfortable. The staff were cute and accommodating, making me feel right at home. Plus, the breakfast spread was seriously excellent with so many delicious options to choose from. And the location? Spot on! You're just minutes away from shopping and great restaurants!

There were a couple of minor hiccups though. I had requested an additional bottle of water but was surprised to hear I'd have to call room service for it. I got a bit of an annoying reminder about check-out time when I thought I was all set. But all in all, these little things didn’t ruin my fantastic experience!

I had the worst experience with the noise. My room was right above a party hall, and I was kept up all night by loud wedding music. It's ridiculous how they let that happen without considering the guests!

A Truly Lovely Experience at Narcissus The Royal Hotel

The warm welcome, daily complimentary snacks, and Ferrero Rocher during turndown made us feel valued. The luxurious room and the impressive buffet breakfast on the sky deck added to the experience. The fantastic spa and indoor pool allowed for quality family time, and being close to landmarks like Kingdom Centre and Panorama Mall made our trip nice. Highly recommended for families!

Avoid the rooms on floor 1-they're just above a party hall, and you might end up listening to wedding music until the early hours. The gym and pool were unavailable , disappointing, especially since I had kids with me. Ordering room service was another letdown. The salmon was dry and tasteless, while breakfast items like cold eggs on toast could be improved significantly.
